  5. Send commercial communications, subject to prior authorization.
  6. Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Rights of the Data Subject

The Data Subject may access, update, rectify and delete their personal data, revoke the granted authorization, request proof thereof, and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
