This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms") applicable to access and use of the website protecsolutions.org (the "Site"), operated by PROTEC, a Colombian company identified with NIT 900.123.456-7, with domicile at Calle 37 b sur #69-62, Barrio Carvajal, Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
Access to and use of the Site implies express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the Site.
The Site's purpose is to present commercial information about the products and services offered by PROTEC, including industrial machinery for the meat sector, Activa Foods ingredients and associated technical services. The Site is an informational and contact channel, not a transactional platform.
Use of the Site implies that the user has read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Policy.
The user undertakes to use the Site diligently, properly and lawfully, refraining from:
All Site content, including texts, images, brands, logos, designs, source code and other materials, is owned by PROTEC or their respective owners and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual and industrial property laws. The "PROTEC" and "Activa Foods" trademarks, as well as their respective logos, are registered trademarks of PROTEC.
Reproduction, distribution, transformation or any other unauthorized use of such content is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or with PROTEC's prior written authorization.
The information published on the Site about products and services is for informational purposes only. The technical characteristics, prices and availability of products and services will be confirmed through a formal quotation issued by PROTEC, which will be governed by its own commercial terms.
Product images are illustrative. Actual technical specifications will be those indicated in the manufacturer's data sheet and the formal quote.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. PROTEC assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites. Access to them is at the user's sole responsibility.
The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Policy of PROTEC, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.
The Site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. No third-party pixels, social-media scripts or behavioral-measurement tools that collect personal information from the user are loaded.
PROTEC will make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and operational. However, continuous availability is not guaranteed, and PROTEC reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the Site in whole or in part for technical, maintenance or any other reasons.
PROTEC shall not be liable for damages arising from: (i) improper use of the Site by the user, (ii) inability to access the Site, (iii) the presence of viruses or harmful elements in content accessed via the Site, (iv) decisions made by the user based on Site information without first confirming with a PROTEC advisor.
PROTEC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on the Site and will take effect from publication. Continued use of the Site after publication of the modifications constitutes acceptance thereof.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent judges and courts of Bogotá D.C.
